Company Bio

Industry: Automotive
Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Size: 20-25 employees, 15 years in operation

Details

While Team-One Automotive was an established repair shop in Oklahoma, it lacked a cohesive social media presence. Once hired, a social media strategy was put into place to provide high audience engagement while maintaining a behind the scenes look into the business. The Facebook page was updated and overhauled. An Instagram business page and LinkedIn page were created and curated.

Highlight

Challenge

Quality content creation and customer engagements are the backbone for most social media campaigns. They require strong attention to detail as well as an eye for story telling. Some on going challenges of this project include:

  • Growing an organic following
  • Engaging with current and potential customers within the Tulsa metro
  • Providing relevant information in a timely manner
  • Maintaining originality
  • Having a cohesive theme
  • Getting people to share

The Results

Since the digital aspects of this project are still ongoing, the results are continually changing, and the social reach of Team-One Automotive is still growing. The organization and execution of the car meetups have significantly increased company awareness amongst the pre-existing and younger automotive community in Oklahoma. They also served as a great way to connect with other automotive enterprises in the form of giveaway sponsorships. The goal is to continue these automotive meetups since they provide a substantial return for the business in multiple areas (awareness, reach, customers, partners, revenue). Overall, the owners’ desire for the company to grow on social media has been a massive success.
