The Meineke Marketing team was tasked with creating a subbrand focused on Electric and Hybrid Vehicle maintenance and repairs – MeinekEV. I collaborated with our creative agency to develop branding, including logos and signage for the first franchise flagship co-branded location in Indian Land,SC. I also created digital assets like web banners, social media posts, and worked with my marketing manager to create the MeinekEV landing page. To promote the Indian Land location, I sourced a local creative to capture photos and produce a highlight video further reducing costs. After the flagship launch, we expanded upon the formula we created at the first location to bring to market 6 additional locations in 2025.

Using insights from my Google Data Analytics capstone project, I developed a data-driven strategy for future expansion. By analyzing EV registrations, Meineke locations, and charging infrastructure, I identified optimal markets like California, Florida, and Texas while deprioritizing low-adoption states.
